We are bombarded with information, from the minute we get up, check our phones or log in to our various technical devices, we are in danger of information overload. We often have limited time, energy, resources or motivation to keep seeking that ‘holy grail’ that will make our lives; easier; more successful; interesting or fun.
I regularly receive emails and invitations to subscribe to websites, blogs or journals that promise me enlightenment, peace or the ‘answers’ to my latest set of questions. I know I am not alone in this and at the same time as having a sense of ‘drowning’ with information I want to access what might be helpful, valuable or simply of interest.
What I am offering here is a selection of links that have spoken to me or that I have found of value to the clients, students and professionals I work with. This is the offering of a few of us who have done some of the work for you in sifting through a range of materials that may be of value or not. In all things, please “Take what you need and leave the rest”.
